Symptoms of PTSD
Intrusive memories, avoidance, negative changes in thinking and mood, and changes in physical and emotional reactions could all be signs of PTSD and qualify you for an Emotional Support Animal letter.
Symptoms of Anxiety & Depression
Lack of motivation, lack of interest in social activities, low energy levels, intense worry, difficulty sleeping, and a racing heart could signal anxiety and depression. An ESA could be part of your treatment plan.
