American Service Pets ships all packages using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Packages get shipped out within two business days. Per the United States Postal Service’s website, First Class Mail typically gets delivered in 5 business days or less. Smaller packages tend to get delivered faster than larger packages. Bear in mind that the holidays may affect these estimates.

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

If you have made an error on your order and need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to customer support. Changes or cancellations will need to be made the same day as all orders are shipped out the next day. 

Your card will be charged upon purchase. 

No, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

By purchasing any of our PSA items, you accept full responsibility for any and all legal repercussions that may follow should you falsely claim your animal as a service animal.

Products from our store can be purchased for someone who holds a valid doctor or other licensed mental health provider’s letter for a PSA or ESA. Please remember, it is a crime to falsely claim your animal as a service animal. By purchasing any of our PSA or ESA items, you accept full responsibility for any and all legal repercussions that may follow should you be found to not be compliant with ADA service animal requirements.

Due to the lightweight nature of our items, we do not offer tracking at this time.

Once received at our warehouse, returns take an average of 2-3 to process. 

We understand and acknowledge that ID cards are not required by the ADA and that this can be a concern for some within the community. However, since our founding, we have held an unwavering commitment to helping those who struggle with mental illness cultivate a lifestyle that aids in their disability and makes their day-to-day easier. In consulting our customer base and others within the ESA/PSA community, ID cards are a quick and easy way to identify that a dog has their doctor or other licensed mental health provider letter, is trained, and meets the psychiatric needs of the handler. Holding these ID cards helps mitigate questioning and confusion by businesses and individuals as PSA holders navigate daily life.
